This project includes historic renovations as well as ADA compliance upgrades to three existing restrooms. The remaining first floor level includes interior finish alterations and enhancements which shall compliment the Richardson Romanesque architectural style. The second and third floor levels shall include interior finish alterations which shall be more contemporary.

The existing non-code complaint and structurally deficient exterior fire escape shall be replaced with an in-kind exterior ladder and platform escape.

The existing heating system shall be paired with a split-system cooling system.
