Bald Pate Park Visitor’s Center and Old Lodge Renovation

Hopewell, NJ

The Vaughn Collaborative in association with T & M Engineering designed the renovation of the existing structures at Bald Pate Mountain for the County of Mercer.  The renovations include creation of a Visitor’s Center at the main building and a smaller assembly space at the Old Lodge structure.  The design allowed for accessibility to all facilities and for historical preservation of the character of the existing structures.

The work performed included schematic design, design development, budgetary cost estimates, construction documents, bidding and limited construction administration.
