This project consists of the complete renovations of an existing 47,500 square foot elementary school building.  New ceilings, lighting, fire alarm system, clock and communication systems.  New doors and window units and a complete upgrade of the heating, ventilation and new air conditioning system throughout.  The new 18,400 square foot additions were for a major gymnasium, storage and receiving area.  Complete renovation and addition for a full food service area including new kitchen and dry storage areas.  The new media center was incorporated into an existing open central courtyard area with computer room and resource rooms directly adjacent to the library area.  A new health area, music practice room, three seminar rooms and the complete upgrade of the general office area.  Site development consisted of new parking, sidewalks and pick up and drop off loop.  All interior and exterior access points comply with physically handicapped and ADA requirements.
