The Vaughn Collaborative was commissioned on October 1, 1998 to provide Gloucester County College with a facilities master plan to guide the college with the campus development until the year 2020.  The documents were completed for the college and county use.  This firm  managed all prime disciplines leading the development team through the academic, technology, facilities, infrastructure and building design components of the document.

During this process, our design professionals used past and current demographic data and developed a true understanding of the major issues facing junior colleges located in the Delaware Valley and  nationally.
