Guardian Training Academy & Indoor Firing Range

Warminister, PA

New project completed in 2017. Consists of 4 indoor firing ranges; 2-25 yard ranges and 2-15 yard ranges. The firearms training facility is supported by classrooms, a “shoot-house” for simulation and a complete retail space for the sale of range supplies, firearms and ammunition. The project was adapted to an existing electrical contracting building for all the non-shooting functions with a large addition to house the new shooting ranges. As the architect we assisted the owner through the entire development process including an emphasis on round containment and safety within the ranges, ventilation and filtration to maintain air quality and reduction of noise escaping the range.
