PROJECT OVERVIEW

The firm has completed the expansion of two over crowded elementary schools in Ocean Township.  The two additions were produced concurrently and noticeably enhanced the educational program of the district.  Included in this building program are the following projects.

Fredrick Priff Elementary School 35,000 SF addition comprised of a two station gymnasium, science and computer labs, art, special education and general classrooms.  Ancillary spaces include resource, small group instruction and faculty spaces.

The Waretown Elementary School expansion program provided a similar 35,000 SF addition to a compact elementary school.  This complete facility renovation included upgrade and reuse of the existing classroom wing, while providing a new cafeteria/kitchen and gymnasium space.  New construction provided a centrally located library, administration and health suite and adjacent classrooms for lower grades, special education and an expanded kindergarten program.
