Design of medium security facility with average sentencing of seven years; encompassing an  area  of 75,000 GSF with a capacity of 300 inmates housed in 75 man dormitories.  This project was successfully completed including an educational and medical unit  with additional housing for 96 minimum security inmates outside the secure perimeter.  The minimum security inmates are housed in modular trailers of which the architect prepared specifications and budget estimate to move the trailers from Ocean County to this facility.  This was successfully accomplished within the required time schedule.  The total project including all alterations encompassed an area of 140,000 sq. ft. and included medium security inmates housed in dormitory facilities, minimum security inmates housed in modular trailer structures dormitory style outside secure perimeter.

The food service facility included two pantries servicing two housing units on each floor and added equipment to the existing kitchen.  Regathermic ovens, rolling refrigerators and mobile serving counters were added to this project
