The Vaughn Collaborative provided construction administration for the Wellness Center project which consists of a one-story 4,800 square foot addition to the existing gymnasium.

Complete A/E services were supplied for the Pool Renovations/Repairs also located in the gymnasium.

Another project we completed from start to finish was the Renovation and Upgrades to the Cafeteria located in the Charles E. Rollins Center.

Our architectural services to the Community College have included Programming, Design Development, Budgetary Estimates, Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
