The Vaughn Collaborative was commissioned to provide a security evaluation of the women’s facility as required by the Bucks County Task Force on Incarcerated Women.  This evaluation includes the recommendation to renovate the processing area and creation of a temporary Women’s MHU/RHU.

We also provided additional preliminary information regarding perimeter security fencing and an alternative to outdoor recreation adjacent to general inmate pods.

Upon submission of the report, TVC was charged with the implementation of our recommendations.  All of the security improvements and alterations work has been completed.
