This project consists of roof replacement, interior design, expansion and renovation to six floors, plus adjacent buildings were renovated, approximately 75,000 square feet total.  This facility serves the administrative offices, training center and seminar facility for certified teachers throughout the State of New Jersey.

The renovation of the existing adjacent structures provides for offices, conference areas and includes all applicable ADA requirements.  Infilling common alleyways and providing new elevator and stair towers with additions in the rear linked three story 19th Century townhouses.  Horizontal connecting corridor linked all three structures at a common second floor level from a unified parking lot.  This upgrading is part of the enhancement of West State Street and is an example of a major public entity remaining within the City after the careful study of all aspects.
